TALL CITY PROJECT

Tall city, located at 104 Delancey street in New York, is a residential and commercial complex that necessitated a thorough understanding of hip and valley construction.

Scope and Realisations

It had requirements of stair and trash enclosures. Our team of BIM modelers, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and architects effectively managed to wrap up the project in just 2.5 weeks.

The challenge was to detail shopping members together with details of a stair with a mezzanine. It was difficult to design the model and detail a crank beam with a moment connection. To eliminate field welding, a detail of the structural frames was created with BIM, as a solution.
