Scope and Realisations

Our main responsibilities are:

• To create a mechanical HVAC, mechanical piping and mechanical room infrastructure models for site coordination and construction inline for As-built renovation.
• Quantity take-off from the generated BIM model.
• BIM Execution Plan Implementation.
• Closely working with the engineers to obtain precise BIM models.
• Quantity take-off.
• Coordination Drawing (LOD 300).
• BIM Coordination (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Clash detection.
• Mechanical room coordination.
• As-built renovation.
