Beach Elementary School

Beach Elementary School serves the town of Chesapeake Beach in Calvert County, Maryland. located within the town’s corporate limits. The original portion of the building was opened in 1954 with two later additions in the 1970’s and 1980’s. The BES campus is nearly ten acres in size and includes a forest and nature trail that is adjacent to the Fishing Creek wetlands.

Scope and Realisations

Our main responsibilities are:

1. LOD 350 Model
2. Electrical modeling.
3. Fabrication shop drawing creation.
4. BIM Coordination (Architecture, Structure, MEP) and clash detection.
