Signal House project executed in collaboration with Gensler is 225,000 SF, eleven-story trophy office building. It has double-height corner private terraces, a windowed conference center, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, below-grade parking, secure bike storage, 11,000 RSF of premium retail, and a rooftop boasting a DJ booth, karaoke room, kitchen, bar, and views of the Capitol. Tejjy Inc. executed the Structural BIM Modeling & Coordination with all disciplines for Signal House Market Terminal. This was a challenging project to get executed by the designers and contractors. BIM usage has revolutionized the way of planning and executing the construction project. Building Information Modeling facilitated in creating a model and common data environment for all the AEC project stakeholders. The BIM Consultant of Tejjy Inc., overcame challenges by systematic planning through Revit BIM model creation and coordination.
