Archer Hotel development is destined to be a new walkable urban village and will attract a wonderful cross-section of guests with plans for approximately 6.5 million square feet of new residential and commercial development, comprised of residential units, restaurants, retail, office space, and an expansive public plaza. The Scotts Run stream valley park runs through the site and on to the Potomac River, connecting guests with wellness and nature. BIM Engineers of Tejjy Inc. undertook the structural Revit BIM Model creation and clash detection & coordination of all trades.
